The medication changes your appetite. Not your habits.
Eating less is not the same as eating well. Without a plan, a smaller appetite can quietly cost you muscle, energy and, later, your results.
- Eating too littleSkipped meals and tiny portions can slow your metabolism and drain your energy.
- Losing muscleUp to 20–40% of the weight lost can be lean mass if nothing protects it.
- Feeling offNausea, constipation and low energy, often made worse by what and how you eat.
- What comes afterWhen appetite returns, habits decide whether the weight stays off.
Four things that make the difference.
- NutritionProtein first, fiber and fluids, and balanced small meals that are easy on your stomach.
- StrengthSimple resistance training, 2–3 times a week, to tell your body to keep its muscle.
- HabitsPlanned meals, reminders and routines that work on low-appetite days.
- Long-term progressTracking more than the scale, and a plan for dose changes or stopping.

Why we exist.
Bellyness started with one idea: weight loss advice should be simple, honest and kind. No shame, no hype, no miracle promises.
GLP-1 medications changed the conversation, but most people get a prescription and very little help with the lifestyle side. That's the gap we fill: clear, practical education about food, movement and habits.
We're educators, not doctors. For anything medical, we'll always send you back to your prescriber.
Questions
Is this medical advice?
No. Everything here is general lifestyle education. It doesn't replace your doctor, prescriber or a registered dietitian, and it never tells you to start, stop or change a medication.
Who is the guide for?
People currently using a prescribed GLP-1 medication, people considering one, and people who have stopped.
Why do you ask two questions?
So the guide and the emails that follow fit you. Protein, calorie and hormone advice can differ between women and men, and life on a GLP-1 is different from planning to start one. You can always choose "I'd rather not say".
Is my information safe?
Yes. We will never sell, rent or share your information with anyone. It's stored securely, used only to send you the guide and relevant emails, and deleted whenever you ask: just email hello@bellyness.com.
Is it really free?
Yes. Answer two quick questions, enter your email, and the guide lands in your inbox. No confirmation step, no card.
Will you spam me?
No. You'll hear from us only when we have something useful, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
